Whale Shark Snorkeling (min. 8 pax)

Throughout the year, we organize weekly a speed boat excursion to Maamigili Kandu, at the southern bottom of the Atoll, “Searching the Whale Shark”. This very large shark is a plankton feeder. Its size varies from 5m as a baby shark to 12m as an adult. You can very safely snorkel and swim close to them and spend a wonderful, exciting day.

For each inscription to this activity, we donate a contribution to Be Gentel to Giants to support the preservation of this iconic species.

When: on request, times will vary during the year

Where to meet: BlueTribe dive center 10 minutes before start

What to bring: Snorkeling set, sun block, hat, camera, sunglasses, and rash guard or t-shirt

Booking policy specific to this activity:
1. If the whale shark or the Nurse shark is not spotted during the excursion, there will be NO refund.
2. Any cancellation within 48 hrs of the trip will be charged in full.
