Booking Policy & General Conditions:
Prices are in USD, and subject to 10% service charge and a 17% Guest Service Tax (GST).
Bookings are subject to tide tables and predictions, weather conditions and mechanical considerations.
Any booking cancelled after 6 PM the previous evening will be charged in full.
no-show for the activity at the scheduled date and time will incur the full charge for the activity.

Specific to: Whale Shark & Nurse shark activities booking: 
1. If the whale shark or the Nurse shark is not spotted during the excursion, there will be NO refund.
2. Any cancellation within 48 hrs of the trip will be charged in full.
