Becoming a PADI Instructor with BlueTribe is a unique experience.
We are based on the Island of Constance Moofushi, Ari Atoll, doing your IDC with one of top certifying centers in the Maldives, our courses include guaranteed diving on stunning tropical reefs and the chance to experience working with one of the most successful dive centers in Maldives, you will also learn how to work within a 5 star environment in the context of the Maldives region.
During your Instructor Training we will refine your personal skills and diving knowledge through dives and workshops on the reef around surrounding us. You will experience boat diving and drift diving and you will learn how to handle these conditions.
We will also give you the chance to see how our Diving Center works and provide you with additional training on hospitality and key - sales skills for you success in future!

Once you sign up for the course, you can start as soon as you are ready.
You will receive your PADI E-learning IDC material and you can start your home-Study straight away.
These world class materials combine video and written information to help you to develop the theory behind teaching scuba diving.
The E-learning program will allow you to save precious time while being on the island and be more focused on the practical part of course.
Two weeks before your Instructor Course begins, we will conduct a “live” online meeting to have an introduction to the staff, your fellow Instructor Candidates and have space to answer all your questions before your arrival on the island.
Your IDC will be organised over 7 days in which you will learn how to organise and present information, conduct skill development sessions and control open water dives.
The course will be divided into practical sections in the water and theory sections, taking advantage of our comfortable surroundings, perfect and efficient logistics on the island and our private classroom.

Through your IDC Training you will learn to conduct PADI courses, and receive essential background information and practical workshops to participate successfully in the PADI Instructor Examination.
Complete all your e-Learning IDC material before coming to the island, this is important advice, and will certainly contribute to your success at the IE.
One more thing you could do is to take part of our IDC Preparation Program.
Join us for two days of preparation to review all you previous knowledge of diving theory and further improve your practical abilities in the water.
Our qualified staff are on hand to answer all your questions and will help you to revise the most important topics of each knowledge subject.
Once you have successfully complete your Instructor Examination, you can choose to do 3 more days of training to complete your Instructor Specialities.
We offer you a package of 5 Specialty Instructor Training + 1 for FREE towards your Master Scuba Dive Trainer Level.
This program will give you the chance to receive from our professional Instructor Development Team more knowledge to share with your divers and the opportunity to do more courses/certifications with them, while furthering your next steps in your professional diving career.
With more than 20 years experience as CD, Miles Crookes leads our Pro Development Team of Master Instructors and Staff Instructors; he will lead your training and ensure you will fulfil your dream of becoming a PADI Instructor!
All our BlueTribe team is dedicated to helping you during your training, sharing with you their experience, knowledge and passion.
Your CD Miles and all our IDC Staff Instructors will train you day by day, answering all your question and trying to give you the best and most satisfying experience of your diving life.
